For his talk-show Steve Harvey asked these 100-year-old best friends, who have been inseparable for 94 years, to answer and give their opinion on some questions about pop culture. It is hard to even imagine what is life like today for someone who grew up in the 30s. But these ladies don’t miss a thing, They adopt to the innovations and are very fun to listen to. The best thing about them is that they haven’t lost their sense of humor. I would love to hang out with these two BFFs. They are just adorable! This interview will surely brighten up your day. Please, enjoy, and don’t forget to share with your friends!

Irene Cook and Alice Jensen were both born in 1913. They grew up in the same neighborhood in Chicago. They lived only a block away from each other, so they did everything together. These two met at St. Gregory’s School in 1918 in first grade and “took to each other almost immediately.” The year they met Woodrow Wilson was president, Congress was working on the amendment that would give women the right to vote, and World War I was being fought. The White Sox had a bad year, and the Cubs lost in the World Series. Irene and Alice have seen it all, from first cars and two World Wars to iPhones and Justin Bieber. The most amazing thing about them is that they have carried their friendship through all these years. 94 years of friendship! And some dare to say that friendship between women is impossible?! They still see each other a few times every year for birthdays and other special events. Keep working on that second hundred, ladies. We wish you all the best. You are a great inspiration!
